The 1526 23-Pocket Electrical & Maintenance Tool Pouch from Custom Leather Craft is a boxed shape design tool carrier built to last out of rugged polyester fabric. The 7-inch x 5-1/2-inch multi-compartment plastic tray which is included, slides securely into the bottom of the pouch to help organize a wide range of accessories. The padded handle and adjustable shoulder strap adds additional comfort when carrying. Also features a metal tool snap and electrical tape strap. 8 inches x 8 inches x 17 inches. Customer Review: Small but Surprisingly Spacious

I am a general contractor who during this extended recession has had to go back to the tools to earn a living. I have set up designated bags and boxes for each discipline I do work in. I have a carpentry bag, electricical bag, HVAC-R bag, etc. I find that eventhough each bag has a few redundant/duplicate tools [pliers/screwdrivers/tape measure...etc] it is far easier to quickly grab bags and go rather to pluck tools on the go, trust me I've tried that method and you end up forgetting things you really need. These type of bags are great! I have some from craftsman [$15], Home Depot/Husky [$25]. If I see one that is reasonable that catches my eye I usually buy one. Everyone I know likes to set their tool bags up differently and as you know as a tech your needs and equipment changes. Having a few different types of bags on hand gives me the flexibility to change as my needs do. Occasionally I pick one up that after using I just don't like. In those cases I usually "pass" it on to one of the younger fellows that work for me when they do a really good job. They young guys on a tight budget are usually thrilled to get a decent tote for free.
As far as this one goes I got a flier from a supplier advertising for almost half off. Reading everyones great reviews I ordered two sight-unseen. I picked them up today and although the build quality was even better that I expected I was skeptical that it seemed smaller than most of the totes I currently have. My son and I emptied my existing electrical tote, which was getting a bit heavy. We pulled a few items that I realized I don't really need to carry and we were both amazed that everything I need fits with room to spare!!!!! The hidden compartment is a nice bonus, since I carry a seperate tool box with connectors etc I utilized this space for other items and will use the bin-box at a later date. This compartment is quite large, definitely roomy enough for snacks, sub-sandwich or if you are working in a rough neighborhood your favorite semi-auto pistol :-).
Bottom line great price for $25 and under if you shop around, job-site quality and plenty of space. I would highly recommend.
