I've been using this tool belt for over a year now and it's holding up well. I had one just like it that was stolen by some scum sucking tweaker freak who thought he could justify kicking in the door to my shop to help himself to all the tools I need to earn an honest living so that he could support his habit. Ironic. Anyway the previous one was a CLC also and after looking at the the Occidentals and their double the price tag of this item, I figured I would stick with the CLC. I am glad I did. The synthetic bags dry out quicker, are lighter and break in quicker. I think I will someday own an Occidental tool belt and I will love it, but for $70 this is a great deal. It has more pockets for smaller tools like punches, screwdrivers, chisels and pliers than my older toolbelt, but it doesn't have my collection of old quality hand tools that are just getting harder and harder to find. I am not a big guy and the belt on this is adjustable to fit me, which I appreciate because it seems like most of the tool belts are made for grizzly bear sized men and that just isn't me. All in all, I don't think you could go wrong with this unit. It is on the bigger side, which means it holds more tools, nails and screws. And I don't have a problem with that!
